Roles & Responsibilities

1 ERP & System Management

  • Handle day-to-day operations of the ERP system

2. Order & Inventory Data Processing

  • Process sales orders, Pick list, delivery notes, Invoicing and returns accurately.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock updates, cycle counts, and system corrections.

3. Data Accuracy & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate system records for stock, pricing, customer details, and supplier data.
  • Ensure documentation is properly uploaded, archived, and accessible when required.

4. Coordination & Support

  • Support sales and warehouse teams with system-related requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
  • 1–3 years of experience in EDP/ERP operations, preferably in a distribution or trading company.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and order processing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight timelines.
  • Good communication skills (English required).

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience working in UAE Free Zone companies (advantage).
  • Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, and distribution workflows.
  • Knowledge of document control and compliance requirements.
