Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Order Management & Fulfilment

  • Process daily online orders and coordinate with warehouse/retail for packing and dispatch
  • Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate with customers on updates or delays
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related queries in line with company policies

Product Listings & Website Updates

  • Assist in uploading and updating product information (descriptions, specs, images, pricing)
  • Ensure product categories, filters, and tags are correct and up to date

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the warehouse, retail, and courier teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and accurate inventory
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve website user experience and operations

Reporting & System Updates

  • Support with tracking daily/weekly/monthly online sales and performance metrics
  • Monitor stock levels for online only products and suggest replenishment when needed
  • Assist with testing and launching new features or tools on the e-commerce platform

Desired Candidate Profile

1 2 years of experience in an e-commerce, retail, or customer service role preferred

Strong attention to detail, especially with data entry and product information

Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify)

Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset

Tech-savvy, organised, and eager to learn new systems

Basic knowledge of Excel and/or order management systems

A proactive problem-solver who loves improving online shopping experiences

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a passion for customer satisfaction

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment

Collaborative and tech-driven with a hands on attitude
