Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and customer service, to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for user experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders to inform future business strategies.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on eCommerce preferred.
  • 1-3years of hands-on experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing roles, ideally within a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving online sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and data analysis.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for eCommerce trends and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
