Job overview

Al Rabeeh School is seeking experienced and passionate EYFS Teachers to join our dynamic, high-performing team from August 2026.

As an EYFS Teacher in an international British curriculum school, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early years education, creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment, and supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of our youngest learners.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking EYFS teachers who can:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework and the principles of the Curiosity Approach.

  • Create a nurturing, inspiring, and purposeful environment that encourages exploration, independence, and a love of learning.

  • Use effective formative assessment strategies to observe, document, and track children s developmental progress.

  • Contribute to planning and continuous provision development, collaborating closely with the EYFS team to maintain a high-quality learning environment.

  • Support the holistic well-being of children and promote the school s values, routines, and expectations.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents through effective communication on children s progress, achievements, and next steps.

  • Participate actively in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Applicants must:

  • Be a fluent English speaker

  • Bachelor s degree in Early Years Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).

  • Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.

  • Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
