Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Arabic instruction using Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), integrated with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent curriculum.
• Foster a love for the Arabic language through songs, storytelling, games, and hands-on activities.
• Support children s holistic development cognitive, emotional, physical, and social through age-appropriate strategies.
• Work effectively with children during focus group activities, adapting the approach to meet the individual needs and developmental stages of each child.
• Collaborate with English-speaking teachers to ensure a bilingual, immersive classroom experience.
• Plan, assess, and document children s learning using clear learning outcomes and child observations.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that reflects children s learning.
• Participate actively in early years school life including events, performances, and extracurricular activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.

Job Specification

• Bachelor s degree in education or early childhood education, or Arabic Language, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated record of strong attendance, punctuality, and professional commitment in previous academic or work settings.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or completion of a relevant teaching internship / training in an early years environment.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 (or equivalent) in relevant undergraduate studies.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate pedagogies.
• Creative, energetic, and caring disposition with a genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Ability to work productively as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive teaching practices.
