Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents and guardians to support student growth and address concerns.
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance classroom learning.
- Promote positive behavior and social skills through modeling, guidance, and reinforcement.
- Participate in school events, professional development, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and developmental milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience teaching in an early education or kindergarten setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom activities.
- Willingness to participate in school community events and initiatives.
