Requirements and qualifications for the applicant:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in educational technology, e-learning, information technology, instructional design or a related field.

(2-5) years practical experience in the field of learning technologies or e-learning, preferably in higher education institutions.

Experience in using and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, MOVE or similar.

The ability to design and develop digital and multimedia educational content (educational videos, illustrated explanations, interactive materials).

Knowledge of user experience (UX/UI) principles to ensure design quality and ease of use.

Skills in preparing periodic reports and analyzing data on the use of educational platforms.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training and workshops to faculty members and students.

The ability to work within a team and meet deadlines.

Preparing to keep up with the latest technologies and practices in the field of e-learning.

Additional requirements (preferred):

Professional certifications in e-learning or instructional design.

Experience in interactive tools, gamification, and modern learning techniques
