Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage Liberty Car Care’s e-commerce website and online platforms (products, promotions, and content updates).
  • Upload, update, and organize product listings — including images, pricing, specifications, and availability.
  • Coordinate with workshop and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels and service details.
  • Process and monitor online service bookings, payments, and customer inquiries.
  • Optimize website content for SEO and ensure a smooth, user-friendly browsing experience.
  • Track online traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance through analytics tools.
  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Ensure website security, data accuracy, and compliance with company and platform policies.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages, reviews, and feedback across digital channels.
  • Generate regular performance reports and suggest improvements for website efficiency and sales growth.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Proficient in website CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
  • Familiar with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel, data entry, and online content management.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
