Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance product imagery, descriptions, and overall site aesthetics.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated on emerging e-commerce technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret sales and traffic metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team setting.
