Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and update including product listings, order tracking, and inventory coordination via Odoo ERP.

· Promote products across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content and campaigns.

· Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media with professionalism and speed.

· Monitor website performance, customer feedback, and social media analytics.

· Create and manage content for digital screens in retail stores, using AI tools to generate visuals and advertisements.

· Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts and customer service standards.

Requirements

· Experience in e-commerce operations and social media marketing.

· Strong customer service skills and excellent written communication.

· Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems.

· Basic understanding of AI tools for content generation (e.g., Canva AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney).

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

· Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

· Graphic design or video editing experience.
