Roles & Responsibilities
As an E-commerce Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online product offerings. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the user experience, optimizing product listings, and ensuring that our e-commerce platform meets the needs of both the company and our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to execute strategies that increase online traffic and sales. You will analyze market trends, manage product roadmaps, and lead efforts to improve conversion rates. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for e-commerce product enhancements.
- Analyze customer and market data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Oversee product lifecycle from concept through to market launch.
- Work with technology teams to improve user experience on the platform.
- Lead efforts to increase conversion rates and decrease cart abandonment.
- Produce and manage product roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Regularly report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and compelling.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align online and offline retail strategies.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or product management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment effectively.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
