Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders from the online store.
  • Prepare and pack orders for delivery or pickup according to company standards.
  • Enter order details into the system and issue receipts/invoices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor order status and resolve any delivery or product issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing responsive and friendly service.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and communications.
  • Support the e-commerce team in daily operations when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (or undergraduates can apply).
  • Previous background in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use online systems or platforms.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluent in Arabic and basic to intermediate English.
