Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of the official online store and marketplace stores (Amazon, Noon, Jumia, etc.), ensuring smooth order processing, fulfillment, and after-sales service.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce operation strategies to improve store performance, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, Ramadan, Black Friday), including product selection, pricing strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Manage store content and product pages (banners, product descriptions, SEO optimization) to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
  • Monitor sales data, traffic, and customer behavior; provide analysis and reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure efficient cross-department workflow.
  • Maintain relationships with platform account managers and third-party service providers to maximize platform resources. Supervise a small operations team, provide training and performance guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree or above in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with marketplace management experience in Egypt (Amazon, Noon, Jumia).
  • Familiar with local consumer behavior and seasonal promotions in Egypt.
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret sales trends and propose actionable strategies.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and with external partners.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Preferred: Experience working in electronics, 3c.Team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
