Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update online product listings across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and compelling content.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including PPC, display ads, social media promotions, and email marketing.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and discount strategies to increase online revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize marketing spends and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with supply chain, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand presence and timely fulfillment.
- Manage marketplace relationships, negotiate promotional placements, and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.
- Handle customer feedback and reviews to maintain brand reputation and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 - 7 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online sales management.
- Proficiency with online marketplaces and e-commerce tools (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, analytics, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
