Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand growth.

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to plan and launch digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data, website analytics, and customer feedback to optimize product listings, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the e-commerce workflow.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements across all e-commerce activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, Media Buying and Content creation

  • Proven track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as google excel, shopify and magneto.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
