Roles & Responsibilities
The E-commerce Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and delivering insights to enhance operational efficiency within the e-commerce domain.
This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define business needs, streamline processes, and implement effective strategies that drive B2B and B2C success.
Job Responsibilities
Lead business analysis and insights to deliver requirements, solution design, and analytics for process improvement.
Support the preparation of business case documentation for stakeholder approval.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline business and system processes.
Analyze business operations to identify operational needs, challenges, and opportunities, and drive implementation of improvements.
Deliver proactive analysis to identify and communicate trends and issues.
Foster collaboration and confidence between IT and business stakeholders.
Recommend strategies, validate and justify business needs, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare high-level and detailed business models.
Oversee solution development and implementation.
Enhance reporting and analysis techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
Management consulting experience in Business & IT Strategy, Governance, Value Management, Business Process Management, and Centers of Excellence.
Skilled in creating process documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
4 5 years of overall experience with at least 3 Hybris implementation projects, including 1 2 years in Hybris Commerce.
Previous experience in Business/System Analysis or Quality Assurance.
Proven skills in requirements elicitation, testing, and data-driven analysis.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Strong domain experience in eCommerce (B2B/B2C).
Well-versed in the use of tools of software delivery, e.g., MS OFFICE suite, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Hybris, AEM, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, and their ecosystems (ERP, WMS, CMS, payment gateways, CRM, analytics).
