We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Architect / Solutions Marketeer to lead the design and development of advanced control systems and electronics for HVAC&R applications. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with market insight, ensuring our solutions deliver on performance, efficiency, connectivity, and compliance across product platforms.

You will be responsible for developing scalable architectures for electronic controllers and mechanical control systems, translating complex technical requirements into market-ready solutions while ensuring compliance with key regulatory, safety, and efficiency standards such as ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, and CE. Beyond system design, you will act as the key bridge between engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and support, aligning teams on business goals, project timelines, and resources.

Customer and market engagement will be at the heart of your work. You will collaborate closely with end users, OEMs, contractors, and distributors to understand system control requirements and showcase the benefits of our solutions. As a technical ambassador, you will also deliver presentations, lead demonstrations, and represent the company at industry events, supporting marketing teams in defining strong customer value propositions.

Innovation will be another cornerstone of your role. You will explore opportunities to integrate IoT, connectivity, and energy efficiency improvements into controllers and system designs, while monitoring emerging technologies and competitor offerings to guide product differentiation. Your contributions will shape technology roadmaps and proof-of-concept projects that validate the next generation of solutions.

To support marketing and enablement, you will develop compelling technical content such as white papers, case studies, and training materials, while ensuring the technical accuracy of marketing collateral. You will also play a key role in training internal teams and external partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to deliver the best solutions to our customers.

We are seeking candidates with a background in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related technical field combined with proven experience in system architecture, electronics, or controls within HVAC&R or a similar industry. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be translating technical expertise into clear value for a wide range of stakeholders. An understanding of IoT, connectivity, and energy-efficient solutions will be a strong advantage, along with an innovative mindset and the ability to work across functions with ease.
