Dynamics Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics Solutions Architect to join one of our clients in Sharjah with a focus on on-premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and architecting Dynamics CRM solutions within on-premise environments, with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, CRM best practices, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion.


1. Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements within on-premise environments.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the development lifecycle, focusing on on-premise infrastructure.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define project scope and objectives for on-premise deployments.
4. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and documentation specific to on-premise Dynamics CRM solutions.
5. Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance and security standards within on-premise environments.
6. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines tailored for on-premise setups.
7. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency and quality in on-premise Dynamics CRM environments.
8. Lead the assessment and planning of Dynamics CRM upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other systems within an on-premise infrastructure.
9. Mentor and coach development teams to build technical expertise in on-premise Dynamics CRM environments and promote knowledge sharing.
10. Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Dynamics CRM, particularly those relevant to on-premise implementations.
