Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the food section to ensure high operational standards.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
  • Offer excellent customer service and handle complaints or queries effectively.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain product quality and freshness consistently.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Maintain inventory levels and place timely orders to avoid stock-outs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Generate reports on financial performance and operational metrics for management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and other related tools.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and quality.
