Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries regarding products, ensuring questions are answered and orders are placed promptly.
- Request and collect necessary documentation from customers' payers, and coordinate order entries.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner, providing support and direction as needed.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (C2)
- Working proficiency in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with care.
- Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and social skills.
- Positive attitude towards changes.
- Team player with excellent listening skills.
- Service-minded and able to handle conflicts constructively.
- Disciplined, patient, and reliable.
