Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling client requests through inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and performing option activations in an outbound capacity. It combines administrative support with direct customer interactions to ensure a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Request Handling (Admin - Inbound Calls): Respond to customer requests by phone and provide solutions to their inquiries.
  • Service Transactions (ST - Outbound): Schedule appointments, activate service options, and manage other outbound interactions with clients.
