As a Dry Cleaner, you will be responsible for the specialized dry-cleaning operations, ensuring the proper care and maintenance of guests garments and fabrics. Your role involves operating dry cleaning equipment, adhering to garment care standards, and providing exceptional dry-cleaning services.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Operate dry cleaning machines and equipment following safety protocols.
• Examine garments and fabrics for stains, damages, and special care instructions.
• Apply appropriate cleaning techniques and solvents to remove stains and maintain fabric quality.
• Inspect cleaned garments to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform minor repairs or alterations as needed, such as sewing buttons or fixing seams.
• Keep detailed records of items received, cleaned, and returned to guests.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, and accessories.
• Ensure the proper handling and storage of garments and fabrics.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns related to dry cleaning services.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team for seamless guest services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations for dry cleaning operations.
