Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Safely transport guests, staff, and materials to and from designated locations within and outside the Beit El Wadi premises.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition.
  • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Coordinate with event organizers and department heads to ensure timely transportation for scheduled activities.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents promptly to management.
  • Keep vehicles clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Support logistical operations during large events, conferences, and special occasions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of professional driving experience.
  • Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience operating a variety of vehicles, including vans, minibuses, and light trucks.
  • Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving luggage or equipment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to undergo background and reference checks.
