Job Description Transportation of staff to clinic timely and safely. Ensure you have the list of staff to pick and drop and any new staff pick up has to be with the approval of your manager. Conducts established safety and operational inspection of assigned vehicle daily. It is the responsibility of the staff to reach the pick-up point 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time and ensure you will not wait more than 5 minutes for any staff. Company van route should not be changed for any staff. In case of any location change of any staff, it will be informed by facilities manager. Deliver important documents, Passports, Uniforms, parcels, claim form, to respective clinics and corporate office. Ensure deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient. Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition always. Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks, oil change, water, battery, brakes and tyres etc. Ensure safe driving practises and high standards of service to employees. Maintains current required licenses and certificates. Notifies appropriate individuals of any delays in scheduled route.
