Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage dredging projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct detailed site investigations, including soil analysis and bathymetric surveys, to determine the optimal dredging methods.
- Develop and implement dredging plans, considering environmental regulations, safety protocols, and cost-effectiveness.
- Select and manage dredging equipment, such as cutter suction dredges, hopper dredges, and backhoes, based on project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant professional certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the dredging industry.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of various dredging techniques, equipment, and their applications.
