Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings for roads, highways, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.

• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.

• Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to incorporate design changes and modifications.

• Maintain updated drawing records, revisions, and documentation.

• Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.

• Coordinate with site teams to provide technical support and resolve drawing related issues.

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and drawing schedules when required.

• Ensure all drafting work meets quality standards and deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience in roads and infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting/design software.

• Strong knowledge of road design, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure layouts.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and survey data.

• Attention to detail with excellent technical and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
