Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Ø Prepare detailed electrical drawings including cable routing, termination, panel layouts, single line diagrams (SLD), and grounding systems.

Ø Review and interpret engineering designs, specifications, and technical data.

Ø Coordinate with electrical engineers and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

Ø Revise and update drawings as per site modifications and design changes.

Ø Maintain proper filing of drawing records and version control.

Ø Ensure compliance with industry codes, client standards, and project requirements.

Ø Assist in preparing as-built drawings post-project completion.

Ø Conduct site visits to gather data or clarify drawing-related issues.

Ø Provide drafting support during tender and project execution phases.

Ø Mentor junior draftsmen and support their technical development.

Core Deliverables:

Ø Accurate and complete electrical drawings (e.g., SLDs, wiring diagrams, layouts).

Ø Updated and approved “as-built” drawings.

Ø Timely submission of drawing packages for design reviews and construction.

Ø Coordination drawings reflecting actual site and design requirements.

Ø Drawing logs and revision histories properly maintained.

Ø Compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.

Ø Clear documentation supporting installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Ø Efficient CAD drafting support to engineering and construction teams.

Ø Integration of mark-ups and redlines into final drawings.
