Draughtsman - Dubai - UAE

To provide accurate, compliant, and technically sound drawings to support the tendering process for roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Draftsman will be responsible for developing all required drawings and visuals aligned with the standards and requirements of key authorities such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), ADDC, TRANSCO… and quantity take off.

Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings for tender submissions, including:
- Road cross sections and alignment layout.
- Site setup and access plan
- Proposed utility scope and coordination drawings
- Temporary traffic diversion plans.
- Shoring, trenching, and reinstatement details
• Ensure all drawings are compliant with the latest #RoadandInfrastructure.
• Work closely with the Tendering, Estimation, and Technical Engineering teams to interpret tender scope, BOQ items, and technical specifications.
• Revise and update drawings in response to changes in tender scope or feedback from the estimation/technical teams.
• Support in preparing staging plans, methodology sketches, and sequence diagrams for technical submissions.
• Assist in the preparation of visual aids for presentations or client clarifications, when required.
• Identify the scope and quantity take off especially for lump sum project.
