Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop detailed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and piping drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
• Create and modify 2D and 3D models of building systems, including layouts, schematics, and isometrics, for construction and installation purposes.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and piping systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and piping systems.
• Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.
