• Ensure all project designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Revise drawings based on client feedback and team discussions to achieve desired results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of joinery and fitout materials and trending designs.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and installers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Produce and manage detailed documentation and version control for all projects handled.
• Provide technical guidance and revisions to site teams during project execution.
• Identify potential design issues and proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present design proposals for review and approval by senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in drafting, specifically in fitout and joinery projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and joinery techniques.
• Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail in technical drawings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently when required.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
