PURPOSE OF DUTY:

To provide welcome and first impression to guest s experience to support operations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATION:
Responsible for door supervision
Detect and report any conditions outside& Inside the business unit
Deliver consistent level of welcome standards & recognition
Responsible for filtering access to the business unit as per established rules
To observe the Company s rules and procedures and carry out any reasonable request made by their Manager, Supervisor, or the Duty Manager.
To be aware of your responsibilities in respect of Health and Safety at Work, following all procedures in this respect and reporting to management any hazardous situation or accident.
To attend training sessions and team meetings as required and to be involved and contribute to these.

ADMINISTRATION:
Able to complete report documentation

COMMUNICATION:
Attend daily & Weekly briefing

GUESTS RELATION:
Permanently act in as a positive first impression of the venue

HR & TRAINING:
Regularly aware of Safety rules and regulation

JOB ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:

Essential
Absence of criminal record
Mental & Physical suitability. Integrity

Desirable
First aid, crowd control certification

Experience:

Essential
3-5 years in similar role

Desirable
Previous experience in Hospitality Industry

Skills:

Essential
Arabic Speaking
Oral & written communication skills

Desirable
English Speaking fluency
