Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Monitor and control access to the building by verifying identification, announcing visitors, and directing them appropriately.
- Receive and securely manage packages, deliveries, and mail, ensuring proper logging and notification to recipients.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including tidying furniture, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide information and assistance to residents and guests regarding building amenities, services, and local area.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a basic level of education.
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is highly desirable, showcasing relevant industry experience.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, crucial for handling emergencies and difficult situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, reflecting the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
