This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Documents Controller located in Dammam. The Maintenance Documents Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing the documentation related to maintenance activities. This includes ensuring all maintenance records are up-to-date, managing dept. documentation, and maintaining records management systems. The role involves liaising with team members to ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.



Qualifications

Proficiency in Document Management, Documentation, and Project Documentation

Experience with Records Management systems

Strong Communication skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
