Key Responsibilities :
Manage incoming and outgoing documentation (electronic and hard copy).
Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and archiving according to company standards.
Maintain up-to-date project document registers and filing systems.
Support Design and Project teams by providing access to current and accurate information.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure document flow compliance.
Utilize platforms such as ACONEX, DRPRO, or equivalent document management systems.
Requirements :
3 5 years experience in document control within the UAE.
Experience with ACONEX, DRPRO, or similar document management tools.
Proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other local languages is an advantage.
Diploma or professional certificate in administration or related field preferred.
