Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To manage project documentation and ensure controlled, accurate distribution of all project records and communication.

1-Maintain project filing systems and document registers. 2-Manage drawings, RFIs, material submittals, NCRs, and correspondence. 3-Ensure proper version control, archiving, and secure storage of documents. 4-Track submissions and coordinate approval workflows. 5-Support project engineers with document administration tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Business Administration degree. 5+ years of document control experience.
