Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a centralized document control system, ensuring all project documentation is accurately filed, tracked, and readily accessible, utilizing specialized software like Aconex or Procore.
- Oversee the document lifecycle from creation to archiving, including version control, distribution, and retrieval, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve incoming and outgoing project documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established protocols, preventing errors and delays.
- Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document submissions and approvals, facilitating smooth project workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.
- Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in document control within the fit-out or construction industry, demonstrating practical application of document management principles.
- Proficient in using document control software such as Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms, showcasing technical expertise in document management tools.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of document control processes, including version control, revision management, and document distribution.
