Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the end-to-end onboarding of pharmaceutical manufacturers, MAHs, and their product portfolios into our distribution network. This position is critical to ensuring seamless integration of new partners and products through strong coordination with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchase, Sales, and IT teams. � Key Responsibilities ✨ Lead onboarding of new manufacturers & MAHs ✨ Manage due diligence, vendor qualification & compliance documentation ✨ Oversee product onboarding, ERP master data setup & activation ✨ Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure launch readiness ✨ Ensure regulatory, quality & GxP compliance ✨ Develop onboarding workflows, checklists & timelines ✨ Track KPIs and prepare management reports

Desired Candidate Profile

� Qualifications ✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Admin, or Supply Chain ✔️ 6–10 years’ UAE experience in MAH/manufacturer/product onboarding, regulatory affairs, or supply chain ✔️ Strong understanding of pharma regulatory documentation ✔️ Proven experience managing cross-functional projects ✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation & analysis skills ✔️ Proficient in ERP systems & MS Office
