Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals within the assigned district to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Implement company strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals across all district locations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies within the district.
  • Oversee the execution of promotional activities and product launches in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Manage district budgets, resources, and expenses to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Report on district performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in business administration, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.

  • 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, operations, or management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams remotely.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned district as required.
