Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals within the assigned district to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Implement company strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals across all district locations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies within the district.
- Oversee the execution of promotional activities and product launches in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Manage district budgets, resources, and expenses to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Report on district performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
