Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow approved department SOPs.
Adhere to cGSDP and cGMP standards.
Comply with all EHS safety precautions as per SOPs.
Receive and create orders for dispatch and returns of finished goods.
Ensure proper documentation and filing for all activities in the assigned area.
Report problems or incidents and conduct appropriate investigations.
Coordinate with other supervisors to streamline departmental operations, including material/product receipt, dispatch, and handling.
Ensure timely posting of all goods receipts, reservations, and related entries in the SAP system.
Manage and attach delivery proof documents in SAP.
Monitor company-rented trucks and maintain relevant logs.
Prepare transportation and other relevant DC reports.
Follow up on DC execution and ensure adherence to instructions.
Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
- Diploma or B.Sc.
- Solid experience and knowledge in warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of general office functions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Basic proficiency in English.
