Distribution Center (Dc) Supervisor

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, packaging, and dispatching.
• Lead and manage warehouse teams, ensuring adequate manpower, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain strict quality control standards and conduct routine checks to ensure accuracy in handling, labeling, and dispatching.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating critical matters when necessary.
• Enforce all company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, process flow, and quality standards.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage frontline teams.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
