Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of real estate projects, from feasibility analysis and site selection to design, construction, and completion.
- Oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in supply chain management and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and construction to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify development opportunities that align with the company s strategic goals.
- Implement advanced logistics solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting real estate and logistics operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, and logistics operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of successful project management and operational leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate laws and regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred; proficiency in English is required.
