Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Post-M&A Integration and Value Realization
  • Support the implementation of the Value Creation Teams mandate, ensuring that operational assumptions and synergy objectives are realized throughout post-M&A activities.
  • Assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of M&A transactions, focusing on maximizing value creation and mitigating risks during integration.
  • Performance Management
  • Monitor and report on the financial and operational performance of acquired entities, providing insights to senior leadership, including the Group CXOs, Vertical CEOs and GCEO.
  • Align performance reporting with Group Finance and the Corporate Business Performance team, ensuring that synergies are tracked against due diligence targets and KPIs.
  • Strategic Governance and Stakeholder Management
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure operational assurance and timely execution across all stakeholders, including vertical leadership, M&A teams and Group Finance.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the Value Creation Team and senior leadership, delivering actionable insights regarding project progress and challenges.
  • Transformation, Innovation, and Scalability
  • Drive the generation of ideas and exploration of potential value levers, identifying synergies that extend beyond traditional financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with verticals and operational leaders to assess synergy plans and prioritize initiatives that deliver incremental value.
  • Early Involvement in Deal Lifecycles
  • Act as a key representative for value creation during M&A pre-deal phases, ensuring that synergy and value realization plans are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and integration frameworks to facilitate effective post-acquisition execution.
  • Leadership and Team Development
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team and across all interacting functions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Strategy / Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Master s degree in Strategy / Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in value creation, M&A integration, or a related field, with a proven ability to drive results.
  • 3+ years of experience in Telecom network planning and operations
