(Doha, Qatar) Looking for a Director - Restaurant Operations for a 5 star luxury hotel
About the Role:
You will be responsible to assist Head of F&B to manage and develop the whole food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.
Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Assist Head of Food & Beverage to achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department.
Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure outlets most efficient functioning.
Implement & maintain local and national sales / marketing programs
Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
To gain customer feedback at all times.
Coach, train and manage employees within the hotel s organization structure.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as Director - Restaurant Operations position in 5 star hotel
