We are currently hiring for the Full-time position of Director of Technical Services, seeking an individual with a minimum of 15 years of experience in events technical equipment, including audio, lighting, rigging, video, and LED screens. The role emphasizes expertise in delivering large-scale technical installations for ceremonies, events, and live entertainment concerts. Key criteria include a minimum of 15 years as a technical director in event production or a Technical AV Dry Hire Company, strong knowledge of Technical Professional Audio, Stage Lighting, Stage Rigging, and Large-scale video displays, and hands-on experience in designing and managing large-scale technical events. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all aspects of technical services for events, including audio, lighting, rigging, video, and LED screens.
• Oversee the entire technical team and crew, ensuring their skills and capabilities are maximized and aligned with project
  requirements.
• Develop and implement technical design and setup plans for events, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
• Manage the entire technical installation process, including equipment selection, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into comprehensive and
  innovative technical solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals based on clients technical needs, ensuring cost-effective solutions without
  compromising quality.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical discussions and negotiations with clients, providing expert guidance and
  recommendations.
• Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the availability and quality of technical equipment and
  services.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in events technical equipment, incorporating innovative
  technologies and techniques into projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all technical operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve technical processes, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and
  productivity.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in events technical equipment, with a focus on audio, lighting, rigging, video, and LED
  screens.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in all types of technical equipment used in events.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Stadium Ceremonies, Touring Concerts, Theater Entertainments and Live
  Shows, Conferences and Summits, Launching Ceremonies and all kind of large scale public events.
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in creating technical designs, schematics, and drawings using industry-standard software.
