Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and annual sales plan aligned with GMG s overall business objectives.

Lead, coach and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts through regular business reviews, performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and required resources.

Identify, target, and secure new corporate contracts (companies, factories, schools, clubs, insurers, TPAs, medical networks) to increase patient flow and service utilization across GMG facilities.

Lead contract negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and ensure proper documentation and handover to operations and finance teams.

Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to design competitive packages, offers, and pricing models for corporate and cash segments.

Monitor sales performance through KPIs and dashboards; analyze trends and variances, and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Continuously scan the healthcare market for new opportunities, competitors activities, and changes in customer needs, and translate insights into actionable sales initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare or related field. Holding MBA or postgraduate business qualification is a strong plus.

10+ years of experience in sales or commercial leadership roles, preferably in hospitals or insurance companies.

3 5 years in a senior sales leadership role managing teams and achieving multi-million EGP targets and closing large B2B deals.

Strong understanding of the Egyptian healthcare market, corporate medical contracts, and the dynamics between providers, insurers, TPAs, and networks.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills with familiarity in using CRM/sales tools.
