Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to grow market share from the GCC region.

  • Leverage your established network of HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, luxury travel advisors, and key influencers to drive new business.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with discerning clients, ensuring exceptional levels of personal service and brand advocacy.

  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to design bespoke experiences that resonate with the GCC luxury traveller.

  • Represent the brand at high-profile industry events, luxury forums, and client engagements across the region.

  • Prospect and qualify new outbound opportunities across travel advisor, OTA (Online Travel agency), wholesale, DMC (Destination Management Company), and corporate segments.

  • Act as a market ambassador, providing insights into emerging luxury travel trends and competitive dynamics.

  • Represent Aman at tradeshows, industry events, and sales missions, delivering compelling sales presentations and property updates.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates within CRM systems to maintain visibility of pipeline, sales activity, and partner engagement.

  • Collaborate with global sales colleagues to share best practices and support continuous improvement of reporting, campaigns, and field tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven track record in luxury hospitality, private client sales, or a related luxury sector, including at least 3 5 years in regional or global sales.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with cultural fluency in the GCC. Skilled in prospecting, account planning, and developing long-term partner relationships.

  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to deliver results in a competitive luxury market.

  • A passion for creating meaningful, personalised guest journeys aligned with the values of our brand.

  • Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and experienced with group sales and RFP tools such as Delphi or Cvent.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Aman with credibility and professionalism. with the ability to influence across cultures and markets.

  • A bachelor s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field; advanced sales training or certifications are preferred.

  • You are flexible and willing to travel up to 50% of the time across the GCC and internationally.
