Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must hold one of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: in Civil Engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree: in Architectural Engineering.
• Bachelor's Degree: in Electrical Engineering.

The Project Manager is preferred to hold one of the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Project Management (MBA Project Management).
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA Business Administration).
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.

Experience:

• Experience of no less than five years in project management, up to ten years in a similar position

Languages:

• Fluent in Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in English, preferably at a very good level, both spoken and written.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of engineering and construction fields, including materials and techniques used in finishes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to create clear action plans and effectively organize resources.
• Strong time management skills to ensure on-time delivery.
• Capability to negotiate successfully with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Strong skills in presenting ideas, reports, proposals, and practices clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to analyze problems and find effective and quick solutions.
• Skills in performance evaluation and results analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve common goals.
• Skills in handling and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with design and planning software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Understanding of modern technological trends in the construction and design fields.
