Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Wynn Rewards Program Management: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the Wynn Rewards program, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.

  • Players Club Operations: Lead the day-to-day operations of the Players Club desk, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Direct Mail Campaigns: Oversee the planning, segmentation, and execution of direct mail offers to drive customer engagement and retention.

  • Promotions & Events: Design and execute compelling non-VIP promotions and events that enhance the guest experience and drive incremental revenue.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across Casino Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Intelligence, Slots, Table Games, Poker, and Race/Sports Book to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

  • Performance Optimization: Supported by Marketing analysts, monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze customer data, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing loyalty marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are pluses, as is an advanced degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of operational experience, preferably in Marketing within the hospitality or gaming industry.

  • At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, with proven success in loyalty or CRM programs.

  • Experience working across diverse regions such as the Philippines, Singapore, Macau, and the USA.

  • Familiarity with casino loyalty programs and gaming operations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of marketing analytics.
