Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement HR policy: Manage all HR processes, from recruitment to career management, including training and performance evaluation.
  • Lead social management: be the guarantor of a healthy and productive social climate. Negotiate and maintain a constructive dialogue with social partners.
  • Supporting transformation: Implementing HR development projects to anticipate the company's future needs and support change.
  • Manage the HR team: Supervise and develop a team of HR professionals, supporting them in achieving their objectives.
  • Advise Management: Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior management on all human resources matters.
  • Higher diploma in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac+5).
  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the real estate/construction sector.
  • Mastery of labor and social legislation and collective agreements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Keen listening skills, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong strategic and operational orientation.
