Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement HR policy: Manage all HR processes, from recruitment to career management, including training and performance evaluation.
- Lead social management: be the guarantor of a healthy and productive social climate. Negotiate and maintain a constructive dialogue with social partners.
- Supporting transformation: Implementing HR development projects to anticipate the company's future needs and support change.
- Manage the HR team: Supervise and develop a team of HR professionals, supporting them in achieving their objectives.
- Advise Management: Be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior management on all human resources matters.
- Higher diploma in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac+5).
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the real estate/construction sector.
- Mastery of labor and social legislation and collective agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Keen listening skills, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic and operational orientation.
