Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead and oversee the company s financial strategy and operations. This leadership role will be integral to supporting rapid business growth and innovation while ensuring robust financial governance and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plansLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support operational efficiency and profitabilityOversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statementsManage cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to optimize liquidity and financial stabilityEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirementsProvide strategic financial insights and analysis to the executive leadership team and board of directorsLead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance cultureIdentify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and mitigation strategiesDrive process improvements through automation, technology adoption, and best practices in financial management
Candidate ProfileProven experience as a senior finance leader, preferably as Director of Finance Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within fast-paced, innovative environmentsExcellent understanding of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and corporate governanceExperience managing multi-functional finance teams and collaborating across departmentsStrategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to adapt in a dynamic, customer-centric business focused on continuous improvementRelevant qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
